JLM Diesel Extreme Clean is a very powerful additive that quickly and effectively cleans, restores and maintains the turbo, the fuel system, the exhaust system with diesel particulate filter (DPF) and related components.

During the thorough cleaning process not only is the entire turbo and the diesel particulate filter cleaned but the intake valves, EGR valve, injectors are treated also. JLM Diesel Extreme Clean dissolves blockages, remedies irregular running, rectifies the emission of exhaust gases, improves fuel consumption and lubricates all moving parts in the engine. As well as cleaning and lubricating, JLM Diesel Extreme Clean stabilizes the fuel in the tank and prevents the growth of algae.

First, the active components in JLM Diesel Extreme Clean thoroughly and effectively remove the soot deposits from the parts of the fuel system and the engine. After cleaning, the parts are lubricated and protected against oxidation and other deposits that could adversely affect engine performance.

JLM Diesel Extreme Clean also contains a cetane booster. The cetane booster ensures better fuel combustion. This makes the engine run more evenly and better.

Avoid unwanted visits to the workshop and high investigation and repair costs. Add one litre of JLM Diesel Extreme Clean to the tank every six thousand miles for maximum and lasting results.

JLM Diesel Extreme Clean combines the advantages of all individual diesel additives and can be used in all old and new cars with a diesel particulate filter.

HOW TO USE

Shake well before use. Use for all diesel engines (incl. common rail) with or without turbochargers running on low or normal sulphur level diesel fuel. Direction: Pour the contents of one bottle in the fuel tank before filling it with diesel fuel. After adding Diesel Extreme Clean, drive for at least 20/30 minutes preferably with elevated RPM. Try to repeat similar cycles a few times while driving on the treated diesel to achieve the maximum result.
Dosage: One 1000 ml bottle treats 40 to 60 litres of diesel fuel. Do not overdose!

These are the most common questions we get from a potential distributor.

Can JLM Valve Saver Fluid be added to petrol?

Yes, no problem at all. In fact JLM Valve Saver Fluid is a very good and tested lead replacement additive. The treat rate is 1ml of Valve Saver Fluid for 1 liter of petrol fuel.

Is it OK to use the extreme and the DPF cleaner together. ?

No, this will not have a positive effect. In fact it may cause an adverse effect. And also the risk of overdosing! Never combine fuel additives

 

Will AdBlue Plus dissolve existing crystal infestation or is it more like a preventative product?

JLM’s AdBlue Plus additive cleans and prevents crystal formation in the AdBlue dosing system. It also conditions the AdBlue fluid for a longer time to ensure proper working of the AdBlue and SCR system. This helps prevent performance loss and the often-subsequent expensive repairs. It also reduces foaming at low temperatures

Is the JLM Engine Oil Flush safe for use with wet belt engines?

Our JLM OIL FLUSH is safe to use with ‘wet belts’ (TBIO). This is mainly because we use non solvent and premium pack of oil cleaning additives.

 

Does the Petrol Emissions Reduction Treatment also clean the catalytic convertor?

The catalytic converter is not a filter, it functions by converting harmful emission gases into less harmful gases. The filter can become contaminated if for example there has been an oil leak, and when this happens the filter needs to be replaced. There is no additive or chemical that will remove physical contamination from a catalytic.
