Valve Saver Fluid
Internal combustion engines have inlet valves and outlet valves that play an increasingly important role. The valves, however, have to deal with all forms of pollution as a result of, for example, EGR and contaminated fuel. The contamination remains on the valve as a deposit, as a result of which the combustion chambers no longer close properly. This affects the performance of the engine and fuel consumption will increase considerably. JLM Valve Saver Fluid efficiently protects and cleans valves and valve seatings and optimises performance.
Valve
The valves in an internal combustion engine ensure that the engine can "breathe" properly to achieve optimum performance. The metal subcomponents open and close millions of times. This means that the valves themselves and the seats on which they land experience wear. Environmental objectives, as well as subsequent measures such as EGR and lean fuel, are increasingly resulting in valves and seats wearing even faster and becoming even more contaminated and therefore no longer sealing properly.
JLM Lubricants has developed additives that lubricate valves and valve seats so that they wear less quickly while the engine continues to perform optimally. There are specific additives for diesel engines, petrol engines, and gas engines. The preventive use of the additives as a maintenance product increases the service life of the engine and considerably reduces the risk of costly repairs.
