Q: is there a practical difference between multi spray and injector/spark plug loosener

There is a distinct difference! The injector Loosener is a cold shock spray

Q: The J06050 JLM Bortec Oil Additive appears to treat 4 to 6 litres oil yet we typically see 15 Litres on pickups and Semi's, so this will mean 4 to 5 bottles required per oil change every 25000 miles! Is this correct?

Yes you are correct. However we would like to advise to always stay on the lower side of the tolerance, so in this case use max 3 bottles of 250ml Bortec as this will treat 12-18 litres.

Q: Is E10 or JLM Petrol Extreme Cleaner can be better than octane booster?

No, E10 additive will only add 1 point octane. JLM’s Octane booster will add max 4 points included in the bottle

Q: Is it OK to use the JLM Extreme Clean and the DPF Cleaner together?

No, this will not have a positive effect. In fact it may cause an adverse effect. And also the risk of overdosing! Never combine fuel additives

Q: Is the JLM Engine Oil Flush safe for use with wet belt engines?

Our JLM OIL FLUSH is safe to use with ‘wet belts’ (TBIO). This is mainly because we use non solvent and premium pack of oil cleaning additives.

Q: Does the Petrol Emissions Reduction Treatment also clean the catalytic convertor?

The catalytic converter is not a filter, it functions by converting harmful emission gases into less harmful gases. The filter can become contaminated if for example there has been an oil leak, and when this happens the filter needs to be replaced. There is no additive or chemical that will remove physical contamination from a catalytic.
