Since 2001, various car manufacturers have been using diesel particulate filters with a special regeneration fluid (PSA FAP filter technology). This liquid is added to the fuel in a dosed manner and is contained in a separate tank or flexible reservoir pouch. For optimal operation of the particulate filter, it is necessary to top up the regeneration fluid regularly.

JLM Diesel DPF Refill Fluid is the aftermarket alternative for all known OE particulate filter regeneration fluids and OE part numbers. Thanks to the renewed composition and the high quality, the JLM Diesel DPF Refill Fluid is a suitable replacement for all OE regeneration fluids of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation.

Thanks to the handy 1 liter packaging, JLM Diesel DPF Refill Fluid takes up little shelf space. Refilling the liquid in the vehicle is also very easy due to the handy size and low weight. With the refill fluid from JLM, there is no need to replace the bag on vehicles with a flexible reservoir bag.

How to use:

Refilling the Diesel DPF Refill Fluid should only be done by a professional auto technician. Refilling itself is done in accordance with the regulations of the respective vehicle manufacturer.

The JLM Diesel DPF Refill Kit provides even more ease of use during refilling. The Refill Kit consists of a quick-fill cap, adapters and a filling hose for spill-free refilling of the JLM Diesel DPF Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Refill Liquid.

Can JLM Valve Saver Fluid be added to petrol?

Yes, no problem at all. In fact JLM Valve Saver Fluid is a very good and tested lead replacement additive. The treat rate is 1ml of Valve Saver Fluid for 1 liter of petrol fuel.

Is it OK to use the extreme and the DPF cleaner together. ?

No, this will not have a positive effect. In fact it may cause an adverse effect. And also the risk of overdosing! Never combine fuel additives

 

Will AdBlue Plus dissolve existing crystal infestation or is it more like a preventative product?

JLM’s AdBlue Plus additive cleans and prevents crystal formation in the AdBlue dosing system. It also conditions the AdBlue fluid for a longer time to ensure proper working of the AdBlue and SCR system. This helps prevent performance loss and the often-subsequent expensive repairs. It also reduces foaming at low temperatures

Is the JLM Engine Oil Flush safe for use with wet belt engines?

Our JLM OIL FLUSH is safe to use with ‘wet belts’ (TBIO). This is mainly because we use non solvent and premium pack of oil cleaning additives.

 

Does the Petrol Emissions Reduction Treatment also clean the catalytic convertor?

The catalytic converter is not a filter, it functions by converting harmful emission gases into less harmful gases. The filter can become contaminated if for example there has been an oil leak, and when this happens the filter needs to be replaced. There is no additive or chemical that will remove physical contamination from a catalytic.
