JLM Engine Oil Flush J04835 JLM LUBRICANTS

JLM Engine Oil Flush cleans aged and dirty engines and engine oil quickly and effectively, improving engine performance and reducing fuel consumption.

Product information

The effective additives in JLM Engine Oil Flush dissolve old oil remnants and accumulated dirt in the engine. Engine Oil Flush cleans the lubrication system and essential components such as cylinder walls, pistons, piston rings, valves, valve guides and the combustion chamber.

The engine noise reduces because the moving parts of the engine are cleaned thoroughly. JLM Engine Oil Flush is suitable for all diesel, petrol, LPG/CNG and stationary engines. In addition to cleaning, Engine Oil Flush Pro provides extra protection to the engine and internal components.

JLM Engine Oil Flush can be mixed with all mineral, synthetic, monograde and multigrade oil types.

HOW TO USE

JLM Engine Oil Flush is an oil based product and is compatible with all mineral, semi synthetic and fully synthetic motor oils.

The JLM Oil Flush will eliminate gum, varnish and sludge and also remove other contamination like carbon deposits, soot and liquids (water and fuel residuals).

1. Add the contents of one bottle (250ml) to the engine oil (before the oil change!) when the engine is at operating temperature.

2. Let the engine run for 15 minutes. For a better cleaning result, vary the rpm at times within these 15 minutes.
3. Drain the oil from the crankcase
4. Replace the oil filter
5. Add the new engine oil according to the vehicle specification

Dosage
One bottle of 250ml treats 4 to 6 liters of motor oil.

Frequently
asked
questions

These are the most common questions we get.

Can JLM Valve Saver Fluid be added to petrol?

Yes, no problem at all. In fact JLM Valve Saver Fluid is a very good and tested lead replacement additive. The treat rate is 1ml of Valve Saver Fluid for 1 liter of petrol fuel.

Is it OK to use the JLM Extreme Clean and the DPF Cleaner together?

No, this will not have a positive effect. In fact it may cause an adverse effect. And also the risk of overdosing! Never combine fuel additives

Will JLM Bluboost dissolve existing crystal infestation or is it more like a preventative product?

JLM’s Bluboost additive cleans and prevents crystal formation in the AdBlue® dosing system. It also conditions the AdBlue® fluid for a longer time to ensure proper working of the AdBlue® and SCR system. This helps prevent performance loss and the often-subsequent expensive repairs. It also reduces foaming at low temperatures

Is the JLM Engine Oil Flush safe for use with wet belt engines?

Our JLM OIL FLUSH is safe to use with ‘wet belts’ (TBIO). This is mainly because we use non solvent and premium pack of oil cleaning additives.

Does the Petrol Emissions Reduction Treatment also clean the catalytic convertor?

The catalytic converter is not a filter, it functions by converting harmful emission gases into less harmful gases. The filter can become contaminated if for example there has been an oil leak, and when this happens the filter needs to be replaced. There is no additive or chemical that will remove physical contamination from a catalytic.
