After submitting your withdrawal request you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving this confirmation.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
